How does TMS therapy work?

The non-invasive therapy uses highly focused, pulsed magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the area of the brain responsible for mood regulation. Through a treatment coil, the NeuroStar TMS Therapy® system generates highly concentrated, magnetic fields which turn on and off rapidly.
